#First Translation

This walkthrough takes you from imported file to reviewed output in one practical flow.

#Prepare Your Project

  1. Open CatScribe Translate and create or open a project.
  2. Select source and target languages.
  3. Load your manuscript or document files.

#Configure Translation

  1. Choose an engine profile from Translation Engines.
  2. Enable glossary support from Glossaries.
  3. Start with a chapter-sized batch.

#Review the First Pass

  1. Open translated segments in CAT Editor.
  2. Fix terminology and style inconsistencies.
  3. Use Improve With AI for weak sections.

#Finalize and Export

  1. Run a consistency pass.
  2. Review unresolved overrides.
  3. Export and archive your project snapshot.
